Walking into a new spa for the first time can feel uncertain. This page helps first-time clients in Omaha know what to expect — based on our actual policies, not generic spa promises. Anything specific about pricing, cancellations, or no-shows is governed by our official Terms & Conditions.

Before you book

1. Check the price

Every service has its full price posted on the booking system, on our location pages, and at the front desk. There are no hidden fees or required add-ons. Optional charges include gratuity (your choice) and any retail products you decide to take home.

2. Read our cancellation and no-show policy

Before you book — especially a promotional appointment — please read our Terms & Conditions. Two things matter most:

  • Promotional appointments are 100% non-refundable. A one-time complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows forfeit the appointment with no refund.
  • Late arrivals matter. You should arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Not being present 5 minutes before your start time results in an automatic late cancellation.

3. Have your questions ready

Bring any questions you have about pricing, expected results, aftercare, or your skin concerns. We’d rather you ask up front than wonder later.

What to expect on the day

Arrival (15 minutes before)

Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. You’ll fill out a brief intake (skin history, allergies, goals) and meet your esthetician.

Consultation

Your esthetician will review your skin and confirm the treatment plan. If a different service would suit you better, they’ll say so directly.

Treatment

You’ll be informed about what’s happening at each step. If anything feels off — physically or otherwise — say so. Your esthetician can adjust or stop.

Post-treatment

You’ll receive aftercare guidance and any product recommendations. Recommendations are optional, never required, and we’ll tell you which (if any) are essential.

Checkout

You’ll see your final total before you pay. If a follow-up package, additional service, or promotion is mentioned, take time to decide. You should never feel pressured at checkout. If you do, please tell a manager — that isn’t how we operate.
