How are services priced?

Every treatment we offer has a clearly posted price, shown at the time of booking and at our front desk. There are no hidden surcharges or required add-ons. Optional charges are limited to gratuity (always your choice) and any retail products you decide to take home.

How do I know what I’ll be charged before I book?

The full price of each service is shown at the moment of booking — online, by phone, or in person. If you’re upgrading a service or adding a treatment add-on, our team will confirm the new total with you before the service begins.

What about promotional offers?

Promotional offers are provided as a one-time courtesy and are limited to one per client. Per our Terms & Conditions:

  • All promotional treatments are 100% non-refundable
  • A one-time complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment
  • No-shows result in forfeiture of the promotional appointment with no refund and no reschedule

By booking a promotional service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

What if I see a charge I don’t recognize?

Please contact us directly before disputing the charge with your card issuer. Our team can pull your account history and walk you through every line item, usually within one business day.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards. Late cancellation or no-show fees may be charged to the card on file or invoiced to you directly; per our Terms, payment is expected within 72 hours of receiving an invoice.

How is my information protected?

Per our Terms and Privacy Policy, we do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
