Terms and Conditions for No-Show and Cancellation Policy
(Effective as of 07/20/2025 – Updated)

Thank you for choosing Serenity Esthetics Spa & Facials. We are committed to providing exceptional service and care. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, the following no-show and cancellation policy applies. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. Appointment Confirmation

All appointments require confirmation. You will receive a reminder call or message 24–48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please confirm your attendance at that time.

2. Promotional Appointment Policy

Promotional offers are provided as a one-time courtesy and are limited to one per client. Due to the exclusive nature of these offers, the following terms apply:

All promotional treatments are 100% non-refundable.

A one-time complimentary reschedule is allowed only if requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

No-shows will result in forfeiture of the promotional appointment with no refund and no reschedule.

A “no-show” is defined as failure to attend the scheduled appointment on the appointment date without prior cancellation.

By booking a promotional service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

3. Late Arrivals & Check-In Policy

Clients are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to ensure proper check-in and preparation.

If a client is not physically present at the spa at least 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be automatically rescheduled, and will be marked as a late cancellation.

If you arrive late but within the 5-minute window, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or canceled entirely to avoid impacting other scheduled clients. In such cases, you will remain responsible for the full cost of the service.

4. Exceptions

We understand that emergencies or unavoidable delays can happen. Any exception to this policy must be communicated to management directly and as early as possible. Exceptions are granted on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

5. Payment

All fees incurred from late cancellations or no-shows will be charged to the credit card on file or invoiced to you directly. Payment is expected within 72 hours of receiving the invoice.

6. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to change or update this cancellation and no-show policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients via our website or direct communication.

7. Privacy Policy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
