Terms and Conditions for No-Show and Cancellation Policy (as of 07/28/2024)

Thank you for choosing Serenity Esthetics Spa & Facials. We are committed to providing you with exceptional service and care. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we have established the following no-show and cancellation policy. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Appointment Confirmation

All appointments require confirmation. You will receive a reminder call or message 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please confirm your attendance at this time.

2. Cancellation Policy

Promotional offers are designed to provide added value to our clients. Due to the nature of these special rates, the following cancellation policy applies:

Appointments booked under promotional pricing must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to retain eligibility.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the full promotional price being non-refundable. However, we do offer a one-time complimentary reschedule as a courtesy.

No-shows are strictly non-refundable, and the promotional treatment will be considered forfeited. Clients who fail to attend their appointment will not be eligible for a complimentary reschedule.

By booking a promotional service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please be aware that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or cancel the service to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. In such cases, you will still be responsible for the full cost of the service.

4. Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis, but these must be communicated to management as soon as possible.

5. Payment

All fees incurred from late cancellations or no-shows will be charged to the credit card on file or invoiced to you directly. Payment is expected within 72 hours of receiving the invoice.

6. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to change or update this cancellation and no-show policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients via our website or direct communication.

7. Privacy Policy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
